As the title says, how long can baby axolotls be eating BBS before i should change the food?

I think that once they have fully developed their front legs you can begin mixing in chopped up blood/black worms

Not how everybody has, but i have fed hatchlings on frozen bloodworm from day one, i have also fed hatchlings on boiled egg (just the yoke, mixed to a paste) for the first ten days, and then introduced bloodworm, around the 3 to 4 months some may be big enough to take waxworms or small mealworms.

switch to live daphnia if you can find them they are a great food source for young larvae and are fairly easy to come by in the uk from what i have seen on this forum.

Thanks for this thread. I was wondering the same.
Guess I need chopped up bloodworms now. I have plenty of cubes left.
