I was wondering about this one because I've never bred animals before and once mum gets her axolotl (hope it's a girl for her sake and I want my Dragoon II to be a guy). Mum said that I can breed them.
well wen mine bred out of the blue my female was quite fat and round because she was filled with eggs. and when i looked at my male afterwards his cloaca was more swollen than before. not sure if these are definate signs though.
axies seem to be able to breed anytime they feel like it. But in UK common season would be december through to march. But it is not uncommon for axies to breed all year round and some pairs 2-3 times a year if left to their own devices.
