Homemade Hides

I started making my homemade hides today and not sure if I am going to like how they turned out with the sand I siliconed to them. Here comes the question. What types of paint are safe in for an aquarium? I prefer to make my own since I can customize them to my liking. I have heard krylon spray paint is safe can anyone confirm? Thanks.

cant confirm personally but lots of people seem to use krylon fusion. Id do it for mine and will if the need arises.

You could paint it any colour with any paint and then use clear pond sealant over the top to seal it.
