thank´s , dawn but this are not wounds, it started as a small whiteish dot and developed to what you see in the photos, also it´s not fungus his back leg is a little bit swollen and he is limping. I hoping that some could help me on this, and once again thank´s dawn.

Perhaps it's some kind of bacterial infection then? In any event I would suggest moving the newt to a land-based quarantine set-up and treat the "wound".
I got a few sick newts at home
Running out of ideas to treat them,doesn't look like the vet is being very successful either..
I'd appreciate if you post any treatment that is effective..
