Help wt salamander

So i just found a eastern red backed salamander. With a cluster of eggs. The one i found was just a baby. Do you think the other ones will hatch plz help.

I believe their eggs are laid in the spring in PA and hatch in the summer. I don't think you have salamander eggs. More likely sail eggs. I believe they are breeding right now and eggs will be laid in the spring.
