Help with tank - Sudden Copepods?

Help! I think I have a sudden outbreak of copepods in my tank! Do I need to freak out or are they okay? I also noticed a couple rhabdocoela (I think. They don't have the triangle head like planaria). I've included a video.

Should I take any action? I already did a large water change (since Greg is out of the tank recovering from a small spot of fungus) and plan to cut down on feedings (I think a few pellets were getting left in the tank).

Thank you! I checked the levels of my water today as a precaution before I put Taco Greg back in and decided not to reintroduce him because the ammonia levels were around .75 ppm and nitrites were at .25 ppm. Was this due to the large water change (which I've dealt with before) and unrelated to my new little cocepod friends? Do I need to do anything different when it comes to trying to re-cycle the tank back to normal?

Unrelated mini cycle - you need to get that under control
