Hello everyone I’ve had these guys for about a month they hatched Feb 24 2025 I just wanted to know what type of morphs I have they mostly look like wild type and one clear looking one I’m new to the scene and have always wanted to raise Axolotl they are feeding on bbs 2 times a day and the big ones are separate from small ones anything else you guys can let me know? They are in a food storage bowl for easy daily water changes but how long do I keep until they can be moved into a bigger 10 gal tank for them to have more space? And can I keep a male and female together in a 75 gallon planning on rehoming the other few to my pet shop where they will find them great homes :) thanks everyone I am new to this and learning please no hate!!!

Hi,
The clear looking one looks like an albino since its eyes remain pale. The other look like wild types, although they could be melanoid (I see no shining ring around the eye ; it's sometimes difficult to see on young animals).

How many youngs do you have ? one albino among a fistful of wildtypes would be a normal rate (recessive character), but one among 100 or 200 would be strange.

Else : on the 1rst picture, one of the 2 animals (bottom on the photo) has a curled tip tail. It could be a signof stress, or infection.

And yes, you can keep a male and a female in a 75 gallons. Before that, you'll need several month of growth before being able to sex them. During this time, they will develop cannibalistic trends and will need to be grown separate (or in small groups with a lot of shelters). Past 15 cm (6 inches), you'll be able to group them since they become more peaceful.

Hello i had originally got 15 from a friend out of the 15 I was able to hatch 8 the one with curled tail unfortunately I didn’t know how to remove the Axolotl from the feeding bowl to there regular bowl and I was using a spoon to scoop them out when I accidentally put significant pressure on the one causing him ti loose his tail at a young stage of life :( I moved to turkey baster after that he was alone in a dish until his tail grew back but it grew with that curl.
