Help with food

Recently I removed a few yellow-spotted salamander egg masses from a vernal pool that was about to dry up, and now I have hundreds of larval salamander, which I hope to have develop a little bit before I release them. They are swimming about, and I would wish to know what I can do to feed them, thanks.
