Help with Chinese FBN

My FBN have the sign and sympton of thermal stress ( Swimming frenzily , jumping) but the temperature is under 24°C , what happen to her ???

It´s still a bit high. Those symptoms are not necessarily just inadequate temperature but also inadequate water quality. Give it the possibility of getting out of the water easily, or else it could drown. Water quality needs to be optimal...live plants would help A LOT.
