Help, quick! Attack of my 2 year old!

So my two year old son decided he wanted to get out of bed and help daddy feed the "fishylizard babies" and decided to find a bottle of Betta flake food and proceed to dump said container into my hatching tanks containing some 600+ eggs total, about half of the eggs were coated in fish flake food. We removed all we could from the eggs over a grueling 6 hour period involving a turkey baster and some swishing around, removed the eggs into containers and cleaned the tanks out... Now half of the eggs or more are unscathed with little to no fish food, however another chunk of them still has a small amount of it on the jelly coating surrounding the egg and embryo, I just can't remove it all... Are these eggs done for? It will they be fine?

This is mainly a matter of opinion however, i think, axy eggs are a bit tougher than we think, i would say a little bit of fish food wont effect their development. Probably best to leave them be

You might have to do some water changes on the egg-water. The flakes might foul the water a little, feeding bacteria and such.

How did it all go? and by the way the "fishylizard babies" is just too cute :') my little sister decided it would be fun to empty the entire packet of axy pellets into my 3ft tank -_-

Well so far all is fine, though I had a lot more infertile eggs than I thought, but this is her first lay after all.... The good ones are developing pretty rapidly.

Thanks guys they are getting more and more difficult to photograph though... Here is a small update and some other stuff

Last night

This morning... I'm thinking this one is gonna be a wild type

Adult tank on top, hatching tank below... Excuse the mess... I have been trying to work around this area like mad this morning

Started up some Brine shrimp just in case since we have a cold climate and they will take longer to hatch

This will be the area where the juveniles and larvae are kept until they find new homes...
