Illness/Sickness: HELP! Paramesotriton keeps floating to top of water

I was feeding my P. Chinesis and I noticed one keeps trying to swim down but she can't and just keeps floating back up. It also looks like she has a tiny lump in her stomach but I can't be sure.

sounds like it could be bloat or trapped gas (sounds more like trapped gas). These might be helpful. good luck!
