Help needed to ID this unwelcome visitor!

Hi guys, i was cleaning some algae off some plants and came across this little guy... anyone know what this is? if it's safe to be around my FB newts or not? (not that theres more of these critters in my tank!)

Damselfly larva. It´s ok with adults but it will eat larvae.
 
I don't know what it is but i'm very interested in finding out.
 
I do not know what that is but by the looks of it I would kill it.
 
It's harmless. Some sort of insect larvae.
 
Looks like a damselfly larva to me. Predatory insect.

it is no problem for adults (they can even eat it), but it might be a problem for small larvae.
