Help!!! My axo needs help!!!

I think I over fed him one day and he started choking. Then he threw up all his food. Once in a while he swims like crazy, thrashing all over the place. I tried feeding him the next day and he didn't want to eat. He hasn't ate for 3 weeks now. I feed him pellets and shrimp. I try to hand feed him but he just backs away. He looks bloated to me. His belly got kinda big but he can still walk on all 4 legs. Hes not floating at all. He doesn't have fungus. He looks fine to me but he won't eat. I kept him in the fridge for a week now but I see no poop. What do I do?

And what levels are your ammonia, nitrate and nitrite?

Try giving him earthworms to eat

Sorry I think he'll be ok now. I'm keeping him in the fridge. He's been pooping out little bits of sand little by little. He should be ok. Thanks
