I posted this on the wrong bit so so sorry im new didnt notice this bit. But reading through i few things i have noticed that once the female has laid eggs she should be removed from the male. I have no room to do this and now im in a complete panick. Also i have seperated the eggs and now have no idea what to do. Im flappin. I would like at least one baby to survive as i think i noticed to late.
Basically we noticed eggs in the tank in november. We seperated them from the adults as soon as we saw them. we spoke to the person we purchased them from and he told us that was fine and that she would only lay eggs once a year and also they may not be fertalised as we may have 2 females n no male.
We left the eggs for a while and nothing happened. Shockingly though she laid eggs again last week. We left them for a while as i cleaned the tank an hour before. But now they have formed and u can see them moving in the egg. so i seperated the eggs. Here is where i confused. When is she likley to have more eggs and is it going to harm her that i can seperate her from male.
Thanks
