Help me please please

My newt has a knot bump of some kind on its side, i am so worried i dont know what to do. Please please help me
Can u see it under his little arm

There are various possibilities. How long have you had the newt? Did this just suddenly appear?

I have had my newts for a little over 5 months and it did just show up yesterday. But I looked this morning and its gone. I'm going to have to just make an appointment with the vet.
