Question: HELP HELP! My Filter is noisy

I have a 3ft tank and a Aqua ONE Maxi 103F internal filter, and recently its started making huge amounts of noise. Like vibrations or something, i can't get it to shut up, and its driving my nuts, i can only imagine what my axies must be feeling!
Has anyone had this problem before??

Have you tried taking it apart and cleaning it? What sort of substrate do you have?
