Illness/Sickness: HELP!?!? emperor newt has some kind of infection

I got 2 emperor like 3 days ago then I realized that it had blackspots and later while checking them i found somekind of infection i am pretty sure the black spots are also fungal infections what do I do i really want them to live I have conditions right the tank is around 20C

Please post some pictures. IF it's really an infection, a vet visit would be in order.
