Hello,
Tuco is in the process of laying her 3rd batch of eggs. She laid about 100 in December and another hundred in January. Do axolotls usually lay multiple batches of eggs each"season"?
Is there a point where it is too often and she should be separated for a period of time to for her to recharge her mojo? If so how long until she could rejoin her tank mates? I enjoy all the babies, but I sure don't want my girl to "burn out". I thought is she bred I could raise a few larvae in some bins, now my mantel is wall to wall and I'm shopping for shelving
