Hatchlings Swimming Crazy

So my big axolotls had babies and unfortunately only 2 survived...

They were doing well until suddenly after today's feeding. They won't stop going crazy. They keep squirming.

Test your water parameters. When was the last water change? Did you use dechlorinator? I'm not familiar with hatchling behaviour so am not sure if this is normal, but it's good to cover the bases.
