Hatchling swimming in circles HELP!?

One of my hatchlings is less developed then the other 15. It's been 7-10 days since the first one hatched
It's also swimming in circles and I remember from reading about something that this isn't a good sign? Help!?
 
It sounds like it may be a 'spinner'. These don't tend to thrive, maybe because they don't have the co-ordination to feed. Many breeders will cull these I am afraid.
 
Just out of curiosity, what happens if you don't? Do they 'grow out of it' or continue to spin?
 
From what I read they will occasionally survive for up to a year, but most don't. It seems the spinning may hinder their ability to feed. It happens in other species too.
