Hatchling feeding?

How long after hatching do i need to feed my babies brine shrimp?
 
Normally they start eating after about 24 hours at the soonest, so not before then. Some may not feed for a day or two longer than that though.
 
do you give them constant light and soft aeration when they are eggs?
