So with me being in the uk I figured I had at least 14 days until my axies hatched and didnt worry too much. Now though the have hatched at 8 days (yesterday) and I cant get any food for them for at least 3 or so day! Is there anything I can feed them for a couple of days?

Go to a clean looking pond, and scoop up some muck, put that in a tank, let it settle a bit, and then put the larvae in.
Great nutritious food. With variety! Believe it or not, lots of people raise larvae ( not necessarily axie larvae ) like this. -Seth

Most pet stores or aquarium specialists sell daphnia - use a coarse mesh such as a tea strainer to keep back the larger ones and feed the smaller daphnia to your babies.
They don't need feeding for 24 hours anyway - they are still absorbing their yolk.

Pond or water butt water will also do as Seth says if you can't get daphnia from a shop - just make sure you check for things like dragonfly larvae which would eat your axie babies.

Thanks guys, I have a pond so ill do some scooping :) and hopefully my bbs eggs will arrive tomorrow!

Good luck with the bbs. Have found that a sunny window sill speeds up hatching and uk weather looks improving all next week!!

BBS were a dud, not one hatched :(
Ordered some microworms instead and they seem to be liking them, i just worry that im not giving them enough you know since theyre so micro you can barely see them :p
