Hello i have three paramesotriton hongkongensis in two tanks and this morning i looked at the tank that has 2 of them in it and i noticed the rear end of one of the newts was floating making it hard for it to bring its back end to the bottom. i looked in the two books i have and they said it could be gas bubble disease but not what to do about it. now i've had the newts for about a month and a half now. yesterday they both looked totally fine. it can put its front end on the bottom but its back floats. Please someone help!!!!!!!!!!! I will get the answer faster if its sent to my email it is (maelstrom1_20@msn.com)

normaly, a little gas bubble will get away by itself. You can try if the newt will go on land. Besides that, feed him well, it's a bit skinny

It´s indeed skinny...
It may also be that it is impacted with gravel. Lower the temperature as much as you can. It will help greatly if it is impaction and if it is some kind of aeromonas infection.
