That is truly amazing. Its very comforting to know. I've always worried about our Appalachian salamanders with all the mining and lumber stripping in some areas. Appreciate the peek into their little and often unobserved world. Is this a public mountain? I'd love to see and get pics of half the stuff youve filmed. Documentaries should take a break from the big bad mammals, killer crocs, most venomous ect and spend time on the little known and obscure. Dont get me wrong, I love all animals but I can only watch a big cat, giant reptile or other common shock and awe documentary so many times before its the same thing over and over. Seems to be less educational and more entertainment based nowadays. I wants to learn me some stuff too! :happy:
