Green Foggy Water in Tank

When I first got my Axolotls, my tank got really foggy and green within a few days so I decided to do a complete water change. It seems like the greenness and the fogginess is slowly coming back. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong, I'm putting stress coat in the tank etc. but not sure what else it can be. Possibly Algae? Should I purchase an Algae purifier from Petco?

Don't add anything to remove the algae.

Algae usually grows because there is too much light and nutrients in the water. I'd reduce any light that is on the tank and do small water changes every couple of days. Remove any left over food and spot clean.
