That looks way too big for a gravid female. I mean, they get huge, my female can get really really fat, but not to the degree of your animal.
It definitely looks like bloat, but not a typical case. If i´m not mistaken this type of bloat is caused by severe liquid retention in the abdomen cavity, and i don´t know of any other treatment than taking it to a vet so that it can be drained.

The only thing I am worried about is there is no reptile vet even within 30 miles of where I live and I am only 16 so, maybe the possiblity of draining it myself unless your can't do that.
