Good water test infographic?

I just found this which is really helpful but I want to make sure this group agrees to these water parameters! The source recommends way too small a tank so I’m a little hesitant to follow. Tnx!

over the years tank size requirements have changed, at first it was around 10 gallon then 20 gallon and now it is 30 (as a side note 15 US gallon is just over 10 Imp gallon), this a due to it being cruel to house an animal in an enclosure which is to small, it has always been 10 gallon per additional.
as for water parameters because axolotls are moderate/hard water animals the ph shouldn't be below 7.4 although in a tub lower ph is less harmful than ammonia exposure, any ph below 7 will also effect the bacterial filtration and can cause issues with the cycle, ammonia toxicity changes depending on other water parameters, because different axolotls react differently to water conditions there is no warning before being harmful when it comes to nitrites they should be zero, I agree with the nitrate levels, although there isn't much information regarding elevated nitrate levels it can cause nitrate toxicosis as well as causing stress which can lead to being more susceptible to skin condition and fungal issues.
although lab breed axolotls were kept in breeding condition at 21°c the normal ideal temperatures are 15°c-18°c with 15°c being better.
one thing that isn't mentioned but is important is kh and gh, kh needs to be 3°-8° (54-143), gh needs to be 7°-14° (125-251)
