Good setup for Dusky Salamander?

Hello everyone! My friend and I rescued a very young dusky salamander by getting swept up in the current of a stream. He was barely out of the egg and we watched two of his siblings get lost in the creek. I've decided to keep him, at least until he gets big enough to live on his own. What do you think is a good setup for him for the time being? :D
 
I keep dusky larva in a small 2.5 gallon setup with gently flowing 60F water until they morph. They do not need any substrate and I feed them chopped earthworms and mosquito larva.
