I recommend LFS. In fact, I posted a testimonial for them in the testimonials section of this forum. I have dealt with them several times over the past 6 years or so. I have also heard good things about the bug farm (www.livefoodcultures.com), but have not dealt with them.

The Bug Farm is awesome. I ordered some white worms and some daphnia from them when I was raising larvae.
They showed up VERY quickly, and were all in fabulous shape.
