Good Red Backed Salamander "house"?

Hi there, I am planning on getting either 1 or 2 red backed salamanders and was wondering if this would make a good house for them. I am planning on putting patted down soil and a few hiding places such as pvc pipe, a few leaves and some other materials. The Tupperware is about 8 inches wide and 12 inches long, completely sealed except for lots of air holes in the middle of the lid.
