Good food for fire-bellied newts

Hello, I was considering getting either Chinese or Japanese fire-bellied newts and was wondering what would be a good thing to feed them. Would black worms be ok for both species? Thanks :happy:.

Black worms should be fine. Try bloodworm too, that's a firm favourite of my animals. They will also take earthworms from your garden (no pesticides) when you can't get your hands on black worms.
