I need a filter for a 10 gallon that does not cause much current. Any suggestions? What do you guys use? Can you tell me the specific name of the filter you use?

I would say one of the following: box filter, Duetto-dj50, or Zoomed501 mini canister. A waterfall filter is OK if you can rig up some method to interrupt the "fall" of the water.
I really like my Duetto filters. The only downside is that the carbon cartridge is made to be replaced, not just replacing the carbon. But you can get around that by breaking it open. It's adjustable, and has a rotating output, which is nice.
