Hi, i have a question for the experienced axolotl breeders. Two weeks ago my little axolotls (Casper and Princess) laid their first batch of eggs. Luckily i work in a school and have access to all the equipment i need, heaps of aquariums, air stones etc. so i decided to try and raise 50 or so. Everything is going well and i've got my brine shrimp hatching each day.
My question is - some of the babies have a slight colouration on their head, not nearly as much as some others, but you can not see their eyes! Does this mean they might be albino? i have seen pics of baby albinos and they seem to be so white, with no colouration. So do i have albinos??
Oh yeah, Dad is white albino and Mum is black melanoid.
Thanks
