Fungus in Axolotl Tank

I've been dealing with fungal issues with my axies for about a month now. They did very very well with the salt baths and the tub isolation.
I did a full API fungus cure for the tank and finally the perimeters were good and everything looking clean and healthy so I put one of my axies back in.
Within a day the fungus appeared again on her gills.

At this point I have looked everywhere on the internet for this : What do I do to cure fungus in the tank.

There are tons and tons of articles on what to do for the fish affected but nothing as to what all a person needs to do to eliminate this issue in the tank itself and what needs to be done to the ornaments etc. I'm at a loss and I would appreciate any guidance.

Hey, I do have this same issue. Can you post a photo of the fungus you're dealing with? My axolotl is in the middle of a salt bath regiment and she's started to regrow her missing gill stalk so it appears to be helping. Any photos of your tank, your set up, filter, and your axolotls will help. Something may jump out and give a more experienced owner something to pinpoint, you know what I mean? I've been doing really large water changes like every 3 days to try and minimize the fungus. I do not know what to do, I think it's related to temperature but I cannot cool my girl's tank down anymore. How cool is your tank? Axolotls need temps between 55-65 Fahrenheit.

How are your axolotls and how many do you have? Just 2?

Can you post a picture?

"Fungus" or Saprolegnia isnt a free floating entity.

Is your tank cycled?

What are the following?
temp
ph
high range ph
ammonia
nitrite
nitrate

what water conditioner do you use ?
are you adding anything else to the tank?
