Fulval 205 - flow rate control?

I've seen a few people mentioning here that they were able to turn down the flow rate on their 305's "to half".

Can anyone tell me if the 205 has flow rate adjustments and if so how this is achieved (e.g. dial on the filter or by adding media or output attachments etc)?

I use a 205 with a spraybar in my tank. Next to the grey lever that locks the in/out tubes to the lid is a separate black lever which can be used to control the output flow.

Here's a photo of the levers on my old 304 (it was more convenient to take a photo of). On the 304, the levers are blue and grey, the grey being the flow control which is currently also set at half open.
