So i know it's ok to feed axolotls earthworms
But what about red worms (compost worms)? Same concept or are they not so good?

If chopped, red worms (aka red wrigglers) secrete something that makes them taste bad - axies have been known to spit them out. The brown worms (night crawlers) don't secrete that

Some axies are not so picky and they'll eat them happily.

You can also soak them for a little while and that helps rid them of the bad taste.
