Hi everyone does anyone know about the fluval u4 filter and if it would be ok for me to use in my axie tank ive looked on youtube and they seam to be ok and quiet so thought i would ask if there ok for the axies wny help would be helpfull

I don't see why it shouldn't be ok. As long as you make sure the flow isn't too fast.

Fluval filters are great because you'll have 3 settings to customize flow. I use the spray bar.

I have this filter in my fish tank and it works great. Im not sure I would use it in an axie tank as its a bit powerful but if you can get the flow to be very slow then I would go for it.

I have this filter, it's excellent. You can angle and change the spray to make it suitable for axies.

while i've always gone for the no name budget option, i've heard nothing but excellent reviews of fluvals, particularly on this site

I got the fluval u2 filter as the u4 was to big for my tank ive had it for about 2/3 weeks I was looking around for something that was good but quiet aswell as my tank is in my bedroom and I just want to let everyone whos in the same situation that it is fantastic I have it on a low flow at night and cant hear a thing so I would highly recomend

i got fluval u2 yesterday as I've set up my new 3ft tank. It's running smoothly and very quiet, water is crystal clear and i'm using A setting (which is the top one). Currently i'm running my u2 together with my old filter as i dont want to go through the whole nightmare of cycling from scratch
