Fluval moss balls?

Does anyone have experience with these? The pet store that I go to does have Marimo mossballs but I don't trust getting anything live from their tanks as they are known for having fish illnesses . My question is , does anyone have these in their tank? They are pretty realistic looking and I don't mind the fact that it is not a real live ball my problem is I have had it in the tank for a day and it will not sink. Any thoughts?

Almost a week later and the darn thing is still floating. Grrrr. I give up !

Squeeze it to get the air out? I do this with my real Java moss balls and they sink then

Lol ..will try doing that again . Apparently for the fluval ones you need hulk strength to squeeze out the air!
