Fishless cycling progress

I've been fishless cycling a tank for my two axolotls for around 24 days now. I've got readings for ammonia, nitrite and nitrate. The ammonia disappears overnight, but the nitrite hasn't dropped at all (levels read off the chart, but the colour hasnt changed in nearly 2 weeks since it finished rising). Am I just being impatient, or do you think my cycle has stalled?

Nitrate levels at the moment are at least 5.0ppm, though I thought they were a bit higher a few days ago.

If you've got very low ammonia and nitrite but high nitrates your cyle is working, but the way to reduce the nitrates is physically remove the water or add plants to absorb them.

If you have high nitrites your bacteria and still getting established, and your cycle still has a way to go.
