First time having eggs!

My female started laying eggs last night. I definitely want to try my hand at raising a few, but what to do with the rest? Can I sell them? Or even for how much? And when would be the time to actually sell them, as soon as possible or after a few days?

Best time to sell them is just after they start to noticeably develop (2-3 days), so you know they aren't duds.

See the for sale section of the forums to get a guess on a reasonable price.
