Fire salamander hibernation

Hello, my little fire salamander juvenjle is 7 months old, i decided not to letit hibrenate this year, biut what if i don’t let it hibernate like ever? Will this affect its life in any way?
I herd that if you don t let it hibernate you are basically shortening its life, is it true?

Well it makes sense it will shorten its life. When they hibernate, all their systems slow down., they're essentially prolonging their aging process.

And, if you don’t mind, what exactly should be the temperature for hibernation? 0-5 degrees Celsius? Can it hibernate if the temperature is around 0-10 C?
