My fire belly newt pair have been laying a lot of eggs lately some are about to hatch. But she is still laying eggs. Some eggs are all tan colored. And some are half brown half white. Which ones are fertilized?

I think the difference in color is just from the different stages of development the eggs are in. I think all of the eggs are fertilized, I believe the female takes in the sperm before she lays the eggs.

Stanley is correct. Newly-laid eggs have the brown/white appearance, but they lose that as they develop. It is likely that all or most of them are fertile. A firebelly may continue to lay eggs over a period of several months.
