Fire Bellied Newt Bloating?

We have a fire bellied newt about five years old who has gradually over the past few weeks become much bigger all over, almost as though bloated throughout the body. Appears to be more sluggish than usual. I noticed last night that the throat area is balooned out as well. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

Good luck. I'd try to find an exotic vet in case it is bacterial. If the newt is housed with others, remove it immediatel.
