I've had my newt for about a week now and this morning i found her having difficulty staying submerged. She like floats but is active and not bloated. Can anyone help with whatever is wrog?

Hello,
Some of mine do the same sometimes. I wonder if that can be related to feed the shrimps with vegetal pap ( it could be a kind of fermentation in their digestive tract), because they also eat some of it (in fact, they eat whatever that drop in the tank). But after a day, all turns normal again.
