Nice looking tiger salamanders. It looks like Ambystoma tigrinium (Eastern Tiger Salamander) to me.

nice tigers, I have an eastern myself, and yours looks like one to me
I would however change the substrate to just plain soil or coco brick stuff, tigers love to borrow and make tunnels, those wood chips look a little dry and rough for a salamanders skin
