Filter for ADF's

What type of filter should I use for a 10 to 20g setup.

Hello,
use a filter with very slow water current. I prefer mat filters like this one: http://filter.pipidae.de/hhm_classic.php (german language link).

But if are only keeping the frogs in the tank you can try to keep without any filter. Please look here: http://www.pipidae.net/adcf_tank.php

Make sure that the filter isn't strong enough to suck the little guys in. As Martin mentioned, if it's only frogs in the tank they really don't need a filter; a partial water change about once a week should do.
