If you're that irritated that you can not find females, one questions your motives in the animals altogether. Are you collecting them? If so, are you aware of your local laws? Why are you collecting them? Do you think it's right to collect breeding females? Most keepers of caudates understand that patience is the single most important tool you can have. If you lack this, you may want to find a different animal.

No Joan you have me totaly rang. I am wondering when the females will come out so I can see them, observe them and maybe have ONE for myself. never would I collect such a magnifacent species. And I was wondering when the females would come out so I would no the there are some females near here and I don't have just a pond full of males! That is why I was frustrated. And the only time I would collect females would be at the end of the breeding seanson. You totaly misunderstood what I was Asking which simpaly was "when should the females apear or have they already and I just have none in my local pond".

Sorry for over reacting but I was geting very impatunt which was ignorent of me.

Correct me if I'm wrong, please do so. But isn't Washington state law allow you to have up to 4 native species?

Ok, I can't stand it any longer, I'm going to break down and edit this post.

Title edited and red messages edited. I did not edit any wording or spelling except the title.
