Feeding schedule for 1y Chinese Fire Bellies?

I just got these 2 days ago from Redear, captive bred, They are probably still stressed a bit from shipping. What would be a good feeding schedule for these guys. They haven't even touched the pellets I've put in.

When I had my Cynops orientalis, I had good luck with some frozen bloodworms. You can find them at Petco or Petsmart easily. Pellets don't seem to work for a lot of folks unfortunately.

If you can, pick up the Haikiri brand. They are cleaner then most, and are fortified with vitamins and minerals. Your best bet is chopped earthworms tho. They have everything a growing newt needs!
