Hello all!
I recently added two small ramekin bowls to my green treefrog tank to keep crickets from hiding in the crevices and from bothering the frogs. It has worked wonderfully, and although I miss watching them hunt, I am better able to monitor their diet and ensure that both frogs are well fed. I know that small bowls or jars have been used to feed aquatic salamanders, but I was wondering if anyone has had any luck using a tall petri-dish or something similar to feed crickets to terrestrial salamanders (i.e., Ambystomatids)?
