Faulty chat room?

Hi guys does anyone know anything about the chat room i go onto chat and it isnt loading the room it does the loading chat and settings all fine but then i just get logo and no chat room if i refresh the page its says that someone with my username is already logged in please help?

anyone can give me any advice at all? is it like this for everyone or just me?
